Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", or "your") and top64 ("top64", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the top64 online casino and sports betting platform available at top64.org and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you access the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and your acceptance of these Terms constitutes their acceptance. top64 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Requirements

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling in a manner that would make your use of the Platform illegal;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of top64 or any entity directly associated with the operation of the Platform;
• You have not been previously excluded from the Platform or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in effect;
• All information you provide during registration and at any point thereafter is accurate, complete, and truthful.

top64 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility criteria are not satisfied. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or Voter's ID) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by top64 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Section 3

Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to maintain one (1) active account on the top64 Platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different device identifiers, or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. top64 employs technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual may be permanently closed and any balances therein forfeited, including winnings derived from bonus funds.

3.2 Account Accuracy. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your top64 account. You must promptly update your account information whenever any detail changes. top64 is not responsible for losses or disruption to services resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including but not limited to delayed withdrawals caused by incorrect payment account details.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify top64 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. top64 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). top64 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before your first withdrawal, after reaching certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time top64 reasonably requires. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. top64 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with our published schedule, after providing reasonable notice to the email address on file. Where an account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account may be closed.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. top64 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, Metrobank Online Transfer, USDT (Tether), and Coins.ph. All account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP). top64 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on top64 is ₱100 PHP unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. top64 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which top64 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. top64 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe published in our FAQ section. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where additional security checks are required. top64 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet providers.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the name of the top64 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. top64 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the withdrawal account before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where the source of funds is unclear or where AML obligations require further investigation.

4.5 Own Funds Only. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your top64 account are your own personal funds, are not derived from criminal activity, and are not subject to any legal restriction on their use for gaming purposes. top64 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. top64 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that particular promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all bonus credits awarded to a top64 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those bonus credits may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; unused bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are offered at top64's sole discretion. top64 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility based on player account history, verification status, jurisdiction, or any other criteria it deems relevant. Players who have registered under a self-exclusion arrangement are not eligible for any promotional offers.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. top64 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements; placing offsetting bets across different outcomes to artificially satisfy wagering requirements (matched betting); using automated software or scripts to claim or exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, top64 may void all bonus credits and associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn that were derived from the abuse.

5.5 Welcome Bonus. The top64 welcome bonus, where offered, is available to new players registering their first account on the Platform only. It cannot be claimed more than once per person, household, device, or IP address. Full terms of the current welcome offer are published on the promotion page and may be updated or withdrawn at any time.

Section 6

Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the top64 Platform is governed by the specific rules of that game, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of each game before placing a wager. top64 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Each game on the top64 Platform is subject to minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. top64 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. Placing wagers that exceed the stated maximum is not permitted; any such wager may be voided.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round, top64 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. top64's decision in matters of technical malfunction is final. top64 is not responsible for losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

6.4 Sportsbook Betting Rules. All sports betting on top64 is subject to the specific sportsbook rules published within the sportsbook section. These rules address, among other matters, the settlement of bets where events are postponed, abandoned, or voided; the handling of obvious errors in odds; and the maximum payout limits applicable to individual bets and accumulator bets. top64 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any market at any time.

6.5 Void Bets. top64 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, in violation of these Terms, or where there are reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event or game outcome has been compromised. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the top64 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any time thereafter;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of the Single Account Policy;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to access or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain; any winnings obtained through exploitation of bugs are void;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with Platform staff;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other activity designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or game for betting purposes;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financially illicit activity;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your top64 account without top64's prior written consent;
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymizing technology to obscure your true location or identity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing top64 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the Platform without top64's express written permission.

top64 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, recovery of amounts already withdrawn where they were derived from prohibited conduct, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

top64 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that the Platform is used for entertainment purposes only. Gambling carries financial risk and is not a solution to financial difficulties. top64 actively encourages all players to set personal limits on their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered top64 players via the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your top64 account;
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder to alert you after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your top64 account and request exclusion from marketing communications for a minimum period of 6 months, extendable to a permanent exclusion.

Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content on the top64 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, images, text, audio, video, game content, trademarks, logos, and the "top64" brand name — is the exclusive property of top64 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: reproduce, copy, or distribute Platform content; create derivative works based on Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software element of the Platform; or use any automated means to extract data from the Platform (including scraping).

Any unauthorized use of top64's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may additionally constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law. top64 reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under this license.

Section 10

Privacy & Data Protection

top64 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

top64 processes personal data for purposes including account registration and management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, responsible gaming management, and (where you have provided consent) marketing communications.

top64 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios), always subject to appropriate data protection safeguards. top64 retains your personal data for the periods required by applicable Philippine law and regulatory obligations.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, top64, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if top64 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

top64's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your top64 account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

top64 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available at all times without interruption; (b) the Platform will be free of errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities; (c) any specific game outcome or result will be achieved. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Section 12

Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Termination by top64. top64 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) top64 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; (c) top64 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illicit activity; (d) your account has been used in a manner that top64 considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

12.2 Termination by Player. You may close your top64 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any applicable fees or pending obligations. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including without limitation provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.

Section 13

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the top64 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting top64 support at [email protected]. top64 will acknowledge your complaint and endeavor to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of the dispute. Nothing in this clause prevents top64 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

Section 14

Amendments to These Terms

top64 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, top64 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the top64 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. top64 recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it each time you log into the Platform.
